Warranty:
All new products we supply are covered by a 12 month warranty unless specified otherwise.
All refurbished or ex lease products we supply are covered by a 28 day warranty unless specified otherwise.
Warranty returns must simply contain a copy of our invoice for the goods and must be returned to us by courier or registered mail.
You are responsible for any freight charges incurred and these costs must be paid before goods will be shipped back to you.

Duty Free:
If you purchase goods from Linelink and you are permanently leaving Australia you may claim back the GST component (Duty Free). For more informaton regarding the applicable refund and the relevant terms and conditions visit this link here. We will provide you with a full Tax Invoice that details the items purchase and lists the applicable GST charged.

Invoices And Taxes:
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
Tax invoices itemising GST will be sent with all products.
All prices are accurate at the date of publishing however prices may change without notice to you.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice and you will be contacted and informed of any price changes.

Refund And Exchange Policy:
We comply with all requirements at law with regards to refunds and exchanges. We are not obliged to accept returns for "change of mind" so please choose carefully.
All goods must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging and must contain a copy of the original invoice.

Freight Policy:
Freight is charged as per freight charges listed within the web site and we ship to destinations only within Australia. Freight charges may change without notice to you.

Customers will be contacted if any further freight charges are incurred which may arise for bulky items or where no one is available to sign for goods when being delivered.
All goods shipped do not include insurance however it is available should you request it. We are not responsible for goods in transit once they have been dispatched.
We are not liable for any damages or losses to goods unless you take any insurance options that are available to you. Before signing any courier consignment note, please inspect your delivery to ensure it is free of any damage. Once goods are signed for by the customer or their shipping agent at their requested delivery location, you, the customer, are responsible for any damages to the goods. We only ship goods out Monday to Friday and we use the following freight methods:

Couriers (Australian Air Express, Star Track Express)

Australia Post (Normal Post, Express Post, Registered Mail, EMS Postal Courier)

Governing Law:
Any transaction, communication, transmissions or contract entered into with Linelink is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Linelink and you the customer irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Stock, Availability And Delivery Times:
Occasionally items may be out of stock. We shall advise clients of any items out of stock before shipping. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery to your address however we cannot guarantee delivery times. Some bulkier items may take longer to deliver. Please email us at info@linelink.com.au for urgent delivery requests or to ascertain that items are in stock. All freight sent is trackable and all orders must be signed for and in most cases photographic ID will be required upon delivery.

Fraud:
Whether you order by phone or online, to help prevent fraud, we may contact you to confirm details or request proof of identity. All information will remain confidential. To deter credit card fraud, when you confirm your online order, your IP address will be logged. If we determine that your order is an attempted fraud, your details will be reported to credit card authorities and the police agency closest to your delivery address for investigation. Each order is scrutinised thoroughly and is run through a series of security checks for authenticity prior to shipment of any goods.

Privacy Policy & Security:
Any information gathered on this website is used for shipping purposes only and we will not sell or give out your private information to any other party other than where we are required by law to do so. Protecting your credit card details is a top priority. Your details are downloaded to a secure server, ensuring that your credit and personal details remain private and protected. Linelink Online does not use an automatic transaction processing system, for your protection, your name is matched to the delivery address, using third party information and  you may receive a phone call or email requesting more information to confirm the details you have supplied us. Your credit card is charged only after we verify your details, and check that your consignment is ready for despatch. For your protection, we use 128-bit encryption Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security technology.

Ordering Policies:
Orders are processed daily and providing all items are in stock, your order will be sent using your chosen delivery method. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Linelink reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card. We will inform you as soon as possible of any changes in prices, or cancellation of orders. Please note that there is a restocking fee of 20% of the total of the invoice value for all cancelled orders for non stock items.

Payment:
The title of goods does not pass until payment is made in full and goods will not be shipped until all payments are cleared.
We accept payment by Credit Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Cheque, Money Order, Paypal and we offer accounts to approved customers.
Credit card payments (VISA, Bankcard, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club) are all subject to a surcharge of the total invoice value.
Paypal payments are subject to a surcharge of the total invoice value.
Cheuqes or Money Orders can be posted to our postal address for payment by this method and should be made payable to "Linelink".

Pricing:
Where possible, Linelink will match or beat the pricing of any of our local competitors. We cannot sell below our cost price so some terms and conditions will apply.
